Google Ads operations tool
Application privacy notice
This notice describes how Bright Reach Digital handles information while operating its Google Ads integration. Contact the application operator at [email protected] with privacy questions.
Information processed
Depending on the authorized workflow, the tool processes Google account email and authorization information; advertiser and manager account identifiers and access roles; campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, settings, status and performance reports; conversion configuration and event or click identifiers; and audience-list configuration and aggregate audience information. Related landing-page workflows may maintain consent and conversion-reconciliation records.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are used by backend processes. They are not displayed on this public site.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used to carry out authorized advertising operations, produce reports, measure permitted conversions, diagnose failures and keep audit records. It is not sold.
Processing uses the operator’s workstation and connected server infrastructure, Google Ads and Google Cloud services, and Cloudflare for site hosting and relevant tracking infrastructure. Operational notifications may use Telegram. Authorized automation and AI service providers may process limited task context to assist the operator. These providers have their own service and privacy terms. Credentials are not intended for public messages or public pages.
Google-derived information is used for the authorized application workflows, rather than for unrelated profiling or resale.
Retention and deletion
Configuration, access history, change receipts and performance or conversion records may be retained for operations, reconciliation and auditing. Removing account access does not automatically erase existing history. There is no automatic deletion period promised by this tool.
To request deletion, identify the relevant account and records by email. The operator verifies the request and removes data that no longer needs to be retained, subject to legitimate operational, security or legal requirements, and explains any remaining retention. Do not email passwords or tokens.
Your controls and security
You can remove the operator’s account access in Google Ads and revoke the application’s authorization in your Google Account. Revocation prevents continued access under that grant but does not automatically delete earlier records. Contact the operator to stop an authorized workflow or ask about retained data.
The integration uses HTTPS and restricted backend credential files. No guarantee of perfect security, universal encryption at rest or immediate deletion from every backup is made. This public application-information site does not provide a login form or ask for advertising-account passwords.
